The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for reporting to local Central Banks and other Financial Institutions. We are international cross-border unit  and the domain Regulatory Reporting is now looking for an IT Specialist/ System Analyst to join our area.

About the job

Your responsibility will be to maintain and support services in the Service management department. You have to ensure stable and high quality delivery of services. You make sure that customer requests are handled in timely manner and with high quality

You will also take part in Software development projects and will be involved in the change and incident processes. Communication with partners and customers will also be an important part of your job.

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • Passion for working with data

  • Previous experience in databases and SQL

  • Analytical thinking

  • Good communication skills & good spoken and written English

  • ITIL background is considered as an advantage

  • Relevant university degree within IT (or in acquisition)
